Cathy Davis

Cathy is responsible for driving BAE Systems’ sustainability technology strategy, with a particular focus on leading sustainable product innovation across the Company.

Cathy has over 25 years’ experience in the defence sector and has held a variety of engineering and business transformation roles, primarily on maritime programmes. In her previous role, Cathy managed a company-wide innovation and investment fund for the development of new products in areas including maritime autonomy and advanced manufacturing.

Cathy holds a degree in Mathematics, is a chartered engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
