Herman is responsible for the successful delivery of BAE Systems’ contribution to Team Tempest and the Global Combat Air Programme.
Previously, Herman was CEO of Eurofighter GmbH, leading the four-company consortium as it delivered on Typhoon production, development and support activities.
Herman is a charted engineer, Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and British American Project, and an alumnus of the Whitehall & Industry Group Exchange Leadership Programme.
