Emily has been the Environment Correspondent at PA, the national news agency for the UK & Ireland, since 2007. Her beat ranges from climate change and energy to wildlife and farming. From ash dieback to household waste and recycling and the reintroduction of beavers, she has led coverage of this increasingly important area of the news.

Emily has also covered UN climate conferences and international environmental science reports, and is leading PA’s coverage in the build-up to the Cop26 talks in the UK in November 2021.
