Margot van Soest

Margot van Soest started her SThree journey in 2004 and was appointed Managing Director for the Netherlands and Spain in June 2023. During this time, she has ascended through various roles in the business, including Regional CRM & Engagement Director and Regional People Director.

In her roles she has earned admiration for taking responsibility for driving people projects on retention, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, ESG, and internal mobility. Her main business priorities are driving sustainable growth, strengthening the SThree brand propositions, enhance our customer experience and developing our people by creating and sustaining a work environment that prioritises employee growth and development.

Margot’s academic accomplishments include a master’s degree in Science, specialising in Strategic Management, from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam. She successfully completed post-academic certifications in Change Management at VU Amsterdam and Nyenrode Business School, and Strategic Account Management at the Erasmus University, obtained the PROSCI certification, and completed the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma training.
