Matt McManus

Matt McManus, is President of Specialist Staffing Group (a division of SThree in the USA). He oversees the strategy, performance, and operations of the Group’s US brands. Since joining SThree in 1996, Matt has advanced through various roles, including Managing Director for the APAC region, President of Progressive Recruitment (Engineering recruitment), and EVP of Commercial Operations, where he co-developed a business transformation plan utilizing industry-leading technology for sustainable growth. He holds a BSc with Honors in sports science and potgraduate qualifications from Henley Business School. A global citizen and family man, Matt values diversity and credits parenthood with teaching him empathy and integrity.
