Rakesh has established an impressive career in the global recruitment industry. In 2003, he joined SThree as a trainee consultant, his outstanding performance led to a fast-track promotion to a management role.

Throughout his 20+ years with SThree, Rakesh has gained extensive experience in developing new and existing businesses across multiple sectors and regions, including the UK, Europe, India, and the Middle East.

He led the launch of SThree's Project Services business in the UK, delivering structured technical services. This venture now generates approximately £30 million in annual revenue.

Throughout his career, Rakesh has travelled extensively, forging meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients worldwide. He passionately believes that staying close to both customers and employees is crucial for any successful business.
