About

Federico Luisetti conducts research at the interface between Italian Studies and the Environmental Humanities. His publications and research cover topics related to Italian culture, society, and environment, and to broader planetary issues, such as the social implications of climate change and Global North/Global South relations. As an invited speaker, he has lectured at universities and organizations across Europe, North and South America, Asia, and Africa. In 2020, he launched with Flurina Gradin an interdisciplinary network in the Environmental Humanities, "Unruly Natures", which is the hub for collaborative interdisciplinary research activities and outreach initiatives.
